About Course

Ravi Welch, psiholog, integrativni psihoterapeut, koji je radio na Institutu Cathexis sa pacijentima koji pate od teških mentalnih poremećaja, održao je 30. septembra, 1. i  2. oktobra 2022. u organizaciji Specijalističke ordinacije „Bubera”, Nacionalne asocijacije za transakcionu analizu – NATAS i Udruženja „Beosavet”, seminar od tri sesije na temu: Psihodinamski i reparenting tretman psihoze.

Psihijatri, klinički psiholozi, klinički socijalni radnici i ostali profesionalci iz oblasti mentalnog zdravlja, psihoterapeuti i edukanti različitih psihoterapijskih pravaca pozvani su da se prijave na ovaj seminar .

Last year, this renowned psychologist and transactional analysis and integrative psychotherapist held a free online workshop organized by NATAS and the Association of Psychotherapists of Serbia on the topic: Introduction to the Treatment of Psychosis Using Transactional Analysis.

Mr. Welch generously donated and delivered the workshop as a pre-congress activity of the 11th Congress of Psychotherapists of Serbia, organized by the Association of Psychotherapists of Serbia. Uvod za ovaj seminar je seminar „Psihološki razvoj – normalan i razvoj psihoze posmatran kroz teoriju reparentinga i afektivne vezanosti“ o čemu možete pročitati here.

Seminar „Psihodinamski i reparenting tretman psihoze“ je planiran kao drugi od ukupno tri planirana seminara.

Prvi seminar za temu je imao normalan psihološki razvoj kao i razvoj psihoze, a treći psihoterapijski psihodinamski tretman baziran na reparenting pristupu osoba sa poremećajima ličnosti. Svaka sledeća radionica se bazira na prethodnoj i zato je preporučljivo odslušati sve tri, ali je moguće pratiti ih i posebno.

Ravi Velč je kroz predavanje i diskusiju sa učesnicima na prvom seminaru obradio temu „referentnog okvira“ oblikovanog genetskom osnovom i životnim iskustvima, normalnog psihološkog razvoja, razvoja psihoze posmatranog kroz teoriju reparenting-a i afektivne vezanosti, psihopatologiju psihoza na osnovu psihopatološkog razvoja u detinjstvu.

Naše viđenje sveta kroz naša životna iskustva, od kojih većinu doživljavamo u detinjstvu, oblikuju unapred datu genetsku osnovu što su kasnije polazne osnove za formiranje ličnosti (karaktera i temperamenta).

Iz ovih razloga smatramo da je važno pristupiti razumevanju psihopatologije zasnovanom na psihološkom razvoju tokom našeg detinjstva.

Činjenica da teško disfunkcionalne psihološke strukture pokazuju značajnu regresiju je takođe jedan od razloga zbog kog moramo da razumemo razvoj psihopatologije da bismo mogli da je efikasno lečimo u psihoterapiji.

Ravi Velč je kroz predavanje i diskusiju slučajeva sa učesnicima na radionici „Psihodinamski i reparenting tretman psihoze“, obradio temu psihoterapije psihotičnih poremećaja, prvenstveno shizofrenije i paranoidnih psihoza, kroz prizmu psihodinamske i reparenting psihoterapije.

Seminar je bio strukturisan u tri celine i odvijao se po sledećem programu:

  • Dan 1. Psihologija psihoze

a) Vrste traume – situacioni i relacioni obrasci

b) Obrasci afektivnog vezivanja koji dovode do psihoze

c) Dijagnostički simptomi, kao i  karatkteristike afektivnog vezivanja/povezivanja

  • Dan 2. Struktura shizofrenije – Transakcioni analitički model

a) Struktura Ego stanja

b) Uloga Ego stanja Roditelja

c) Uloga Ego stanja Deteta

d) Reparenting kao tretman – razlike između roditeljstva (i roditeljevanja) i reparentinga, ugovori o roditeljevanju

e) Otpisivanje, Pasivnost i Simbioza

d) Regresija i korišćenje regresije kao terapijske metode

  • Dan 3. Terapijski seting

a) Terapijska zajednica – Ugovori o tretmanu, Ugovori o konfrontaciji,

b) Vrste grupa, nedeljni raspored

c) Zahtevi za terapeuta – terapija, supervizija, timski sastanci, evaluacije, dokumentacija

d) Dinamika unutar terapijskog odnosa – transfer, projekcija, afektivno vezivanje i povezivanje

Our recommendation is that, whenever possible, you attend the workshop live, as this gives you the opportunity for direct contact with the lecturer.

U toku celog seminara izdvojeno je vreme za postavljanje pitanja na različite teme o kojima se raspravljalo, kao i na opštu temu psihoterapijskog tretmana psihoze.

Sledeći, treći po redu seminar će imati za temu psihoterapijski psihodinamski tretman baziran na reparenting pristupu osoba sa poremećajima ličnosti, a termin seminara će biti naknadno objavljen na našoj stranici.

Ovaj seminar (preko Zoom aplikacije) se odvijao na engleskom i srpskom jeziku sa konsekutivnim neprofesionalnim prevodom koga rade naše kolege, stručnjaci iz oblasti mentalnog zdravlja.  (Opis konsekutivnog prevoda možete pronaći ovde: What is consecutive interpreting?).

Ovaj seminar je accredited kao as a professional meeting of Category pod evidencionim brojem A-1-740/22 od strane Zdravstvenog saveta Srbije odlukom broj 153-02-312/2022-01 od 09.05.2022, a samo učesnici koji su bili prisutni na radionici su dobili sertifikat od 2 KME boda i 9 sati edukacije.

Who could participate in this seminar?

Psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and clinical social workers were eligible to participate in the seminar, as well as all other professionals, including special education teachers, andragogues and physicians, provided that they had completed or were in the process of psychotherapy training and had submitted the registration form.

Ravi Welch was born in the USA, half Indian and half American. His parents were Christian missionaries in India and came to the USA every few years for additional education. Both were transactional analysts and organized centers in India to help people and train professionals for clinical work and counselling with people who were suffering. His father was a psychologist and theologian, and his mother was a social worker. Ravi says that he grew up with the language and concepts of transactional analysis and thought that everyone else spoke exclusively in that language. At the age of 15, he met Jackie Schiff, and at the age of 16 he received an official invitation from the board of the Cathexis Institute in California to join their team. He accepted the invitation and, during his stay in California, completed undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of Berkeley and a master’s degree in research psychology, while spending the rest of his time working with Jackie Schiff at the Cathexis Institute with patients with severe mental disorders. There he met his future wife, and together they moved to Germany, where they have lived and worked ever since.

He trained future mental health professionals in the reparenting approach at the university, at the invitation of the German government.

In addition to transactional analysis in the school of Jackie Schiff, he also trained in hypnotherapy with Milton Erickson, body psychotherapy with Alexander Lowen, Meta Redington and David Fenstermaker. He is an integrative psychotherapist who applies the theoretical and practical foundations of integrative psychotherapy and all other therapeutic approaches based on a relational approach.

Radi kao učitelj Zen budizma i bavi se povezanošću psihologije i razvoja uma i istraživanjima koja se bave onim što se dešava sa umom kada praktikujemo meditativne tehnike. Predaje o terapijskim zajednicama na fakultetu za socijalni rad i specijalnu edukaciju na Gutenbergovom univerzitetu u Majncu, Nemačka i radi sa pacijentima u privatnoj psihoterapijskoj praksi.
