Ravi Welch – Introduction to Treating Psychosis with Transactional Analysis – Evaluation and Lecture

Ravi Welch, psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, who worked at the Cathexis Institute with patients suffering from severe mental disorders, held a free online workshop on October 24, 2021, organized by the National Association for Transactional Analysis – NATAS and the Association of Psychotherapists of Serbia, on the topic: Introduction to the Treatment of Psychosis Using Transactional Analysis..

The workshop was donated by Ravi Welch, which is why it was free of charge, and it was held as a pre-congress activity of the 11th Congress organized by the Association of Psychotherapists.

The evaluation form was completed by 341 participants out of approximately 400 who attended the workshop. The evaluation questionnaire contained five questions aimed at obtaining feedback from participants on the quality and organization of the program.

A five-point Likert-type scale was used as the evaluation instrument, where participants rated the accuracy of the given statements from 1 to 5: 1 – I disagree, 5 – I completely agree.

The statements referred to whether participants’ expectations were met, the content offered, the quality of the presentation and delivery, the organization, and the overall evaluation of the workshop. The final question was open-ended and allowed participants to provide their comments and suggestions in an unstructured way.

All aspects of the workshop were rated extremely positively by the participants, and the overall rating of the workshop was 4.8.
